About Coach LaVell

Founder | QB Coach | QB Developer

Coach Lavell is from Harford County, Maryland. LaVell attended Havre De Grace High School from 2011-2013 & graduated from Aberdeen High School in 2014. During these years LaVell was the starting Quarterback and accomplished many great things. After high school, Coach LaVell attended Marist college, one of the best private D1AA schools in the country to play football.

Coach LaVell decided to step out on faith and take the Junior College route. LaVell transferred to City College of San Francisco where he won a National Junior College Championship & earned over 15 scholarship offers.

He decided to accept the offer from Prairie View A&M University a D1AA school near Houston Texas. Lavell started his first game at PVAMU & went on to earn, SWAC Newcomer of the week, SWAC Offensive player of the week, and many other accolades. After performing well at Pro Day & speaking with the Las Angeles Rams & Cleveland Browns, Coach LaVell did not get invited to an NFL training camp.

After turning down a few arenas and CFL football offers, Coach LaVell has devoted his life to helping players learn HOW TO USE FOOTBALL and not LET FOOTBALL USE THEM. Coach LaVell is dedicated to showing athletes how to use football as a tool to pay for their education and be successful in life.

Currently, Coach LaVell is the co-offensive coordinator and QB Coach at St. Michaels HS in Fredericksburg, VA.

Coach LaVell also is the founder of Cross & Crown Recruiting and has assisted over 100 student-athletes in receiving full scholarships. Coach LaVell has also developed some of the best youth, and HS QBs in the NOVA area.
